We live in denial of our inherent negativity for the most part, and often wonder why the world around is so mean and reckless. Unlike dogs we may not be born eternal optimists, but positivity is something that can be imbibed even if a tad forcibly; such as by trying to tweak our sense of humour, the way we react to a given situation, by being more pleasant and believing others too have a mind, and by smiling each time somebody says ‘thank you’. While positivity is a state of mind, the answer lies in our perspective. Here are 18 things you can do right now to becoming a more loving and positive person.
It’s one thing to wax eloquent on positivity, but quite another to be a positive person at heart. Despite believing to have a positive outlook, we invariably weigh the cons first. What’s more, we prefer needless sarcasm for humour, manage a wry smile when something is genuinely funny, and believe deep down that the glass is actually half empty.

18 Things To You Can Do To Change Your Outlook:

1. Have the desire: To become a positive person one must have a strong desire to be positive. And the desire will come only if you are convinced that becoming a positive person will enhance the quality of life. Positivity is like an aura, and you know you are a positive person when people start trusting you, random people become polite with you, colleagues at work respect your positive outlook and you start building rapport easily.

2. Believe in all possibilities: About what you can or cannot do. About what is possible or impossible. Don’t allow your limiting beliefs to keep you stuck in the wrong place. Spread your wings and fly! Once you realize all is possible, the doors of limitation that were closed in your mind will open be connected to all those aspects of consciousness.

3. Be realistic: Do not try to become a saint. Becoming a positive person does not mean you can never have any negative emotion or encounter any negative situation. It is the overall attitude that matters and your reaction to every experience. Don’t get bogged down by failure, and disappointed when your expectations are not met. Understand that everything is of service to you. All experiences are neutral and our perception is what creates our positive or negative outlook.

4. Experience empowerment rather than criticism: Give up your constant need to complain and criticize about those things — people, situations, events that make you unhappy, sad and depressed. Nobody can make you unhappy, no situation can make you sad or miserable unless you allow it to. When you criticize, you are passing self-judgement for something lacking in your life that you refuse to let go of. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking. For every opportunity you feel the inclination to criticize, try to think about how that specific situation is serving or benefiting others.

5. Experiment: Be a keen observer. Use everyday life incidents to see how you can manage them in a more positive manner. These will serve as perfect instances to turn your outlook more positive. For starters, contemplate how you could have better handled a situation by being less hostile and more indulgent. Come up with five ways that could have saved the day, and learn to take things at face value sometimes. Remember, your ability to trust the other person also reflects your genuineness.

6. Accept responsibility: Guilt is a trick of the mind. Accept responsibility for yourself, your life and your actions. You are response-able. You are an adult. You are account-able, meaning, with every action you take, you account for it. You chose to do it; you must accept the consequences of it and you did it all for a reason…to learn. If you continue to feel guilty, you stop learning.
7. Speech and body language: Try and make positive words a part of your daily lingo, and work on your body language in way that you come across as friendly and approachable. Look amused when something is amusing, laugh when something is funny, congratulate when credit is due, and give others a chance to narrate their side of the story. Never think you are the only interesting, knowing one around.

8. Be yourself:
 You are unique. Enjoy your uniqueness. Nobody in the world is just like you. Stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not just to make others like you. The moment you take off all your masks, the moment you accept and embrace the real you, you will find people will be drawn to you, effortlessly.

9. Company: One way to becoming positive is to seek positive company as both positivity and negativity are infectious. If the people you spend most of your time with are grumpy or have a pessimistic standpoint, you’ll find yourself inadvertently mirroring the same emotions with others. In order to inculcate positivity it is imperative that your friend circle is a positive, energetic, and a happy bunch. You’ll find yourself carrying the same positivity everywhere you go.

10. Think here and now: The past and future often set us on a path of emotional turmoil. We often assume the past looked so much better than the present and the future looks so frightening, but you have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all you have and all you will ever have. The past you are now longing for — the past that you are now dreaming about — was ignored by you when it was present. Stop deluding yourself. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all life is a journey not a destination. Have a clear vision for the future, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.

11. Activities: Do not remain idle and brood. Take up positive activities with others or in isolation. Share a joke, narrate a pleasant incident, take part in sporting activities, go for a run in the evening after work, have healthy sex, and you’ll find yourself bubbling with positive energy.

12. Take it easy: Everyday life is bound to give you shocks. Be prepared to minimise impact and shrug it off. For instance, you may get too hassled everyday while driving to work or trying to park your car. When you accept the fact that certain things cannot be changed, you’ll be more at ease with yourself and those around too.

13. Drop your expectations:
 Let go of any expectations of yourself that will limit your growth. If you hold high expectations for how others should behave, you will often be disappointed if they do not represent themselves in the manner you expected. It is only your expectations of people that cause you to judge them which ultimately is a judgement of yourself. Far too many people are living a life that is not theirs to live. They live their lives according to what others think is best for them, they live their lives according to what their parents think is best for them, to what their friends, their enemies and their teachers, their government and the media think is best for them. They ignore their inner voice, that inner calling. They often forget what makes them happy, what they want, what they need. You have one life — this one right now — you must live it, own it, and especially don’t let other people’s opinions distract you from your path.

14. Maintain a diary: Instead of recounting all events of the day, filter out only the positive ones and make a note of them. It could be anything trivial from your bus arriving on time, your mom cooking a delicious breakfast, to remembering to pay the bills on time. When we look for positivity in the little things that make our lives worthwhile, we leave no room for negativity. Try consciously practising this for 10 days, and at the end of day ten when you read your diary back you’ll only have memories of all the good things that happened to you.

15. Meditate: Not only does it secrete happy hormones but also creates a sense of awareness within you. You will learn to control your breathing, and by way of it, control your mind from wandering. Every time you meditate, you feel a surge of positive energy through your body that calms your nerves, soothes your mind, elevates your mood, and not to mention enhances your level of tolerance.

16. Embrace change: 
Change is good. Change will help you move from A to B. Change will help you make improvements in your life and also the lives of those around you. Follow your bliss, embrace change — don’t resist it.

17. Re-invent your need to be right: There are so many of us who can’t stand the idea of being wrong — wanting to always be right — even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing a great deal of stress and pain, for us and for others. We love to right-fight. It’s just not worth it because the state of being right is all subjective with so many layers and perspectives of truth. Whenever you feel the ‘urgent’ need to jump into a fight over who is right and who is wrong, ask yourself this question:“Would I rather be right, or would I rather be kind?” ~ Wayne Dyer.

18. Say ‘thank you’: Thank god, thank your parents, friends, and thank yourself for all the hard work you did, for everything you achieved. Saying thank you frequently makes you humble, and a humble person is seldom cynical.

Energy and consciousness can neither be destroyed nor created. All that is and all that you are exists for eternity. If it exists, there is no such thing as it not existing. Since there are only transfers of energy, what you perceive as death is simply a portal to another existence. However, dramatic shifts in theconsciousness of a species is possible and what is emerging for the next ten days will serve as the launching platform to change the energy of humanity and the planet at a profound level.
Who you are today is always different than who you were yesterday and who you are tomorrow. There actually is no yesterday or tomorrow since the present is all you really have control of, but sincehuman emotions and DNA are energetically bound to perceive a past and future, these states of agreed upon circumstances called “memory” for past and “illusion” for future, affect our present state and the continual reprogramming of the cells in our body.
From this perspective and in terms of tapping into higher levels of space and time, who you are in 2013 will be an upgraded version of who you are today. This includes having greater control and awareness of your power.
Think of a computer and all its components. Data is stored on the hard drive, image and video capabilities are enhanced by the graphics controller and the retrieval capabilities of data are dependent on memory. However, nothing functions well without the central processing unit (CPU) which is the brains of the computer. If the CPU lags behind any of the other components when introducing new software, you need to upgrade the CPU to keep up. The human body’s CPU is being upgraded to help keep up with new software that is being downloaded. It can also be said that human memory is being upgraded so that data can be accessed at a much faster rate and more randomly that the logical order which currently dominates thehuman brain.
Most people don’t realize this but the body has two CPUs. Some women suggest men have three, but for the purposes of this discussion we will briefly discuss the two primary CPUs that govern bodily and energetic systems of ALL humans. They are the brain and the heart.
The brain is the command center of sensory information for the physical body and dictates responses based on past experience and current conditions. The heart, as Aristotle decreed is the seat of the soul. It is much more than the master pump of the body’s life force. It is an electromagnetic master switch producing far more electrical and magnetic energy than the brain could ever be capable of. For this reason, it has much more power to alter human consciousness, override the brain’s sensory information and reprogram the energetic overlay that encompasses every human being.
So what does this all have to do with the current wave which started Dec 12th? Everything. This day is an initiation point that is setting off an explosion of new energy, upgrading our existing programming and essentially rewiring the way the brain interacts with the heart and vice versa. There are no specific planetary or astrological alignments influencing this upgrade. This is simply a wave of energy humans have created for themselves. The brain is not designed to anticipate how your life may present itself in the future, as the most it can achieve is a visualization. However, the heart can anticipate exactly what is going to happen and you will finally understand its language.
It is allowing for a recalibration to take place and the power of love and manifestation of our deepest desires to materialize. Those failing to embrace the wave with positive intent and celebration will find it very challenging and difficult in the months that follow. Crises may develop, so keep this in mind if you enter a few road blocks on your path. Know they are being of service, so realign intention and continue on your path to transformation.
The old world, and 3rd density processes are being shredded and can no longer exist in the current 4th density which is actually a 5th dimensional reality where the earth is now residing. Although the changes will not be immediate, governments, political structure,monetary systems, social infrastructure, communication and technology are all being transformed.
There will still be some degree of polarity, however you will have more flexibility in space and time and experience greater synchronicity. In 3rd density, there was a time lag between your creations and how they would manifest into physical reality. In 4th density, that time lag will be greatly reduced and the manifestations may be immediate for many.
Depending on your geographical location, you have approximately ten days until December 22rd to follow your excitement and passion to create positive intentions that will echo throughout the planet. Optimal integration will take place from December 21st to December 22nd. You will feel different during this period and must write down your intentions so they are out of the mind and on paper as you will have many ideas that may escape you after this critical period.
This will have an amplifying, integrative and unifying effect on those around you including the entire collective as a whole. Eventually, you come to embrace this integrative energy so well, you will wonder how it was possible to accomplish anything on the opposite side of this spectrum. It will be a stark contrast to the segregated and deconstructing negative energy you have been used to since your birth.
The point is to ride this wave and be more conscious as a manifester. Rather than allow your beliefs to be governed by negative emotions of lack, fear, doubt and hesitation, you must allow positive vibrations of peace and love knowing that everything that you have ever experienced has been of service and still is.
Since you began to awaken, you have been experiencing endings and beginnings, remembering all the cycles within your own hearts and lives. You have had contact with many other beings which you are unaware of at this time, but you will remember.
It is the time of times and you are divinely positioned and primed to fulfill your intentions for this lifetime and for participating in the collective upliftment of reality on earth. Humanity will now rise above many limitations thought impossible.
You will pass through this portal with many others and you will enter into a new world which you will soon realize is very different from the old one. It will take some time, but the positive energy will outweigh the negative and this snowball effect will envelope human consciousness causing everything to change.
You are well prepared and you must trust yourself. Know that you are loved and that you are never alone. You are divine being of light and it’s time to show your magnificence.

Fluoride Detox: Ousted as Poison, Here’s How to Get it Out of Your System

Experts have been warning for years against the dangers of sodium fluoride, but recently more awareness has spread than ever before. Following the rampant success of essential news stories centered around fluoride, including a story I authored just three short days ago highlighting the horrendous amount of sodium fluoride in doctor recommended toothpaste (500,000% higher than fluoridated water), it’s now important to discuss how to actually get it out of your system through fluoride detox.
Even if you somehow managed to escape the ingestion of fluoridated water in your younger years, chances are you’ve been exposed to food items that actually can contain about 180 times the sodium fluoride content as fluoridated water according to fluoride expert Jeff Green. This has to do with how what’s known as aluminum fluoride, or Cryolite. Used as a pesticide due to its ability to kill bugs, conventional farmers will oftentimes spray excessive amounts of the sticky substance onto crops. As a result, the aluminum fluoride substance will reside unless thoroughly washed off of the produce.
In an interview with Dr. Joseph Mercola, Jeff explains the issue:
“Cryolite is actually sodium aluminum fluoride… This sodium aluminum fluoride is especially effective at killing bugs,” Green says. “It’s also very sticky, so when they spray it, it’s more likely to stick on your produce, unless you’re… really working at trying to get it off of it.”
Admittedly it’s not as high as the extra-fluoride toothpaste that is pushed on kids to treat their nonexistent ‘fluoride deficiency’ peddled by some dentists, however it is still a detrimental amount. Plus, it’s more than likely that you’ve been exposed to both fluoridated tap water and conventional fluoride-sprayed. So what can you do about it?

Fluoride Detox Protocol

The realm of fluoride detox, or fluoride detoxification, is often left untouched. After all, this poisonous substance is still considered perfectly safe by many despite even Harvard admitting that it completely wreaks havoc on IQ and brain development. But this article isn’t about the history of fluoride, it’s about getting it out of your system. Thankfully, a number of fluoride detox methods do exist that can help remove sodium fluoride from your body in addition to another of other concerning materials.

Selenium

Selenium is one nutrient that oftentimes is the first answer given to those seeking to combat the existence of sodium fluoride in their bodies. As FoodConsumer reports, selenium has actually been found to help block the effects of fluoride as well as fluoride elimination. A great natural source of selenium is Brazil nuts, but is important to keep your intake in balance. I don’t recommend you start eating handfuls of Brazil nuts. Nascent Iodine

Iodine is important in many ways even outside of fluoride detox, but the reality is that fluoride directly attacks the thyroid. The key here is that iodine, preferably nascent iodine which is the best quality, helps to remove sodium fluoride through the urine as calcium fluoride. I recommend and personally take Dr. Edward Group’s Detoxadine (as always, I was not paid to recommend this product — I actually take it and purchase it myself).

Tamarind

Have you ever heard of tamarind? It’s a staple in the ancient Ayurvedic medicine system, which is considered to be the ‘mother’ of natural medicine. In addition to yielding delicious teas when added to your favorite tea beverage, tamarind also helps expel fluoride through the urine.

Dry Sauna

As with many other toxic substances, a powerful dry sauna session can help to excrete sodium fluoride from fatty tissues. Be sure to drink up on purified water to replenish yourself afterwards.
Detoxifying fluoride from your body can be challenging, but it is a process that can help alleviate the massive build up of this toxic chemical sold to the public as ‘safe’ and ‘effective’ by pseudo-scientific fraudsters. The Shift Is Up To Us 12/21

To address the media hype around Dec 21, 2012, it will be important for us to hold a positive energy and convey an optimistic message. We really don’t need to repeat the fear that Y2K created. To that end, we would like to emphasize that there is a shift occurring, but how that shift plays out is up to us. The emotions and intent we send out into the universe will either maintain or transform our frequency, and thus our vibration. Which earth would like to be a part of?
The galactic energies of 2012 are stronger than ever. They started to arrive almost three decades ago. It is a continuum of energy that we are in and it won’t just take place on Dec. 21, 2012. The decreasing magnetics of the planet, along with increased solar flares, have already been impacting our consciousness, global warming, and Earth changes. We have witnessed the dismantling of structures that no longer work such as Wall Street and the Berlin Wall.
From a spiritual perspective, this time is associated with the co-creation of New Earth which has been happening over the last several years. There will not be a marked delineation of Old World / New World on the planet, but rather a spectrum of energies. Some countries will carry more Old World energy and others will have more New Earth energy. Some will be more receptive to the infusion of light and some will remain in the dark. Within our cities there will be pockets of light; even within our neighbourhoods there will be folks of the Old World and those who carry the vibrational signature of this time onto 2013.
Within yourself, you will have parts, sub-personalities or archetypes that have ascended to the New Earth, and others which will live in Old World energies. Some aspects of yourself may still be influenced by the negative ego or resist transformation. These energies will co-exist within you, and for those on a spiritual path the balance will definitely favour the resonances of the New World. In this sense, the microcosm always mirrors the macrocosm. This is not an all-or-nothing event. We are in the process of being reborn as the Sacred Human as we acquire more light. The esoterics say a gradual transition from Homo Sapien to Homoluminescent will occur. It can only occur through a deeper intellegence and collective consciousness.

Collective Consciousness

Collective consciousness is a mode of awareness that emerges at the first transpersonal stage of consciousness, when our identities expand beyond our egos. A crucial capacity that accompanies this awareness is the ability to intuitively sense and work with the interactions between our and others’ energy fields, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. For example, just as Gene Rodenberry imagined a future where Star Trek’s Spock could “mind meld” with others, more of us are now becoming aware of our capacity not only to intuit each other’s thoughts and emotions, but also to consciously think and create together without communicating through our five senses.

Collective Psychosis

C. G. Jung, the great doctor of the soul and one of the most inspired psychologists of the twentieth century, had incredible insight into what is currently playing out, both individually and collectively, in our modern-day world. Jung never tired of warning that the greatest danger that faces humanity is to unwittingly fall into our unconscious en masse such that we become instruments for a psychic epidemic to wreak havoc in the world, just like we see today
Jung writes that psychic epidemics “… are infinitely more devastating than the worst of natural catastrophes. The supreme danger which threatens individuals as well as whole nations is a psychic danger.” We are in the midst of a collective psychosis that has become so normalized that very few people are even talking about it, which is itself an expression of our collective madness.
How things actually turn out depends upon how consciousness responds to the situation. During a collective manifestation of the unconscious, the great danger is a mass movement where millions, or even billions of people fall into their unconscious together, igniting a psychic epidemic which spawns an apocalyptic war that ravages life on earth and destroys the biosphere of the planet. To quote Jung, “the unconscious works sometimes with most amazing cunning, arranging certain fatal situations, fatal experiences, which make people wake up.” Catastrophe can only be avoided if enough people wake up to what is being revealed to us as we act out the unconscious, and then connect with each other so as to de-activate, assimilate, and transform the potentially deleterious effects of the activated daemon. We can then, under the guidance of the Self, our intrinsic wholeness, help each other to usher in a new era of sustainable peace, understanding and mutual co-operation. Our very continued existence as a species on this beautiful planet depends upon this realization. 

Blessings in Drag

When we become taken over by the unconscious, to quote Jung, “… the unconscious in large measure ousts and supplants the function of the conscious mind. The unconscious usurps the reality function and substitutes its own reality. Unconscious thoughts…manifest themselves in senseless, unshakable judgments upheld in the face of reality.” When we find ourselves ignoring factual evidence and holding a “magical” belief that we rationally know not to be true, we are under a spell, being “driven” by the unconscious, which is at that point in the driver’s seat. The psychic factors which make possession possible are suggestibility, lack of critical discernment, unwillingness or inability to self-reflect, fearfulness, propensity to superstition and prejudice. The contents that take us over when we are possessed by the unconscious appear as phobias, exaggerated affects, peculiar convictions, idiosyncrasies, stubborn plans, compulsions and obsessions, all of which are not open for discussion or correction. 
We must realize that every moment of our experience is inseparable from our own consciousness, which is to recognize the fluid, non-objective and thus, “dreamlike nature” of reality. Just like figures in a dream, the way we observe the world literally evokes the very world we are observing. This means that it is through our awareness itself that we can intervene in the underlying matrix of creation and find the leverage point where we can change the waking dream we are having, which is “evolution-in-action.” Interestingly, we wouldn’t have woken up and had this realization without the antagonistic co-operation of other forces that are secretly allies in disguise, catalysts of consciousness appearing as adversaries, blessings in drag.

Duality to Oneness

As we connect to higher realms of consciousness, we move beyond the existence of a polarized world where things are only black or white, good or evil, and instead we experience a continuum of energies. To transcend our duality, we need to move to a state of unconditional love and non-judgment of our self and others. For our planet, we will overcome duality with the archetypal blending of the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine.

Karma and Ego

When we are living in higher dimensional energies, the law of cause-and-effect or karma takes a back seat to the law of attraction. The magical process of synchronicity guides the art of co-creation and manifestation. If we are creating from a conscious, enlightened part then our results will be magical, and without the burden of unfinished business and painful lessons. We are learning how to manifest from light, love and joy.
If we are creating from an unconscious part, then karmic lessons and transforming shadow will be involved. Due to our wounding and the resistance of the negative ego, our lessons may be challenging and painful. But there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Once we transform our darkness, that aspect moves into light.
We are not trying to kill or annihilate the ego. The ego should be the willing servant of our soul. We want to be soul-guided as opposed to ego driven. The egoic selves are transformed through the process of love, pain and suffering. Love moves us beyond narcissistic self-absorption. The higher purpose of suffering that coincides with difficult lessons is the transmutation of the ego. With the loss of the egoic selves comes a void and emptiness. Replenish this void with the higher octave emotions such as love, gratitude, joy, and energies currently present as we approach 2013.

Descending Heavenly Energies

The current alignment we are experiencing through the process of transformation enables us to bring more sacred, heavenly energies to Earth. They move down to us, allowing us to connect more consistently with Source energy. We don’t need to die and “go up” to experience facets of heaven on Earth.
We are meant to rejoice in these divine vibrations, celebrate the rebirth of Paradise within, and create beauty and harmony in our lives. Let’s remember this is not a polarized experience, but one that lies on an array of frequencies. We will still have bad days. We can slide up and down this spectrum based on what level of consciousness we are coming from.
As messengers of these energies, we don’t need to convert others, but through role modelling, a ripple effect will occur. Those who are ready but not there yet will be magnetized to this higher energy through the law of attraction and synchronicity. These are indeed exciting times to be living and at times they are tumultuous. Remember, this event only happens every 26,000 years. Aren’t you glad you showed up for it!
In conclusion, then, it is of the highest importance for our individual and collective flourishing to appreciate the importance of global consciousness and spirituality in opening deeper access to our encounter with Reality. There is more to Reality than any one cultural, religious or disciplinary narrative. And awakening the global lens, the global heart and mind has been a perennial concern of our great spiritual traditions through the ages. Our future now depends on making this shift together.

The primary goal of decalcifying your pineal gland is so that you can begin the process of pineal gland activation and begin the awakening of your third eye.
There are two parts to pineal gland decalcification. The first is to stop any further calcification of your pineal gland which is caused by any lifestyle habits or environmental factors, e.g. flouride, etc. The second step is to work on reducing and removing the existing calcification and help to further develop your pineal gland.
Below we will go through the methods you can take to achieve these two steps.

STEP 1 – Stop further calcification of your Pineal Gland

The key to stopping further calcification of your pineal gland is to firstly identify what causes calcification, and then secondly stopping these sources. Generally speaking, it is a person’s diet (food/drink) and lifestyle that causes calcification.
Below is a list of the primary causes of calcification:
Halides:
Halides are chemical substances such as Flouride, Chlorine and Bromide. They all seem to have similar effects on the pineal gland, so it’s important to remove these from your diet.
Fluoride is the most common and widespread in our diets. It is magnetically attracted to the pineal gland more so than any other part of the body. Here it forms calcium phosphate crystals which accumulate.Fluoride is present in toothpastes and tap water. It’s a heavy duty poison and should be avoided at all costs as it calcifies the pineal tissue and basically shuts the gland down. Switch to a fluoride-free toothpaste and drink spring water or filtered water (see ‘Tap Water’ section below for more information).
Calcium:
Calcium supplements – This is one of the biggest causes of calcification, they don’t really work so if you’re taking them it’s recommended that you stop immediately.
Calcium in food – Pretty much all processed food contains some form of calcium. These forms include calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and dicalcium phosphate. Many supplements contain these as content fillers also.
Tap Water:
Tap water contains many calcifying substances (including fluoride as mentioned above). The safest and most healthiest choice is spring water as distilled water can be harmful in the long run. Nevertheless, distilled water is still much better than tap water.

Mercury:
Mercury is very bad for the pineal gland due to its poisonous nature. It should be avoided at all costs. Mercury tooth fillings are pineal toxins and should be removed. Also all medical vaccines are tainted with mercury, e.g. Thimersal (a vaccine preservative made of methyl mercury) is very difficult to get out of the brain once it’s in there. Avoid eating fish and bottom feeders such as shrimps and prawns. Tuna and dolphin meat is particularly bad as it contains higher doses of mercury. Generally speaking, the bigger the fish, the higher the concentration of mercury in its body tissue. Eco light bulbs should also be used with care, as if one is smashed mercury vapour is released into the room and inhaled. The good news is that mercury can be removed from the body by the daily use of chlorella, wheatgrass and spirulina, it just takes time. Cilantro herb taken daily can help remove mercury from brain tissue too.
Pesticides:
Some pesticides are pineal toxins so foods grown using these pesticides should be avoided. Therefore, fresh organic food that hasn’t used chemical pesticides is recommended instead. Organic healthy food with a high ratio of raw foods (Raw Diet) is supportive to pineal detoxification.
Due to the food chain passing these chemical pesticides on, certain meats can accumulate these chemicals. Some people recommend meat free diets also to protect your pineal gland from potential harmful substances.
Other toxins:
If something is toxic and not naturally produced by nature, do not put it in your body. If you can’t say the chemical’s name, it’s most likely bad for you. Other toxins include artificial sweeteners (aspartame K) , refined sugar, phylenanine (in fruit squashes), E numbers, deodorants, cleaning chemicals, dental mouthwashes (saltwater is suffice) and air fresheners.
Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco (S.C.A.T.):
As a general point, a diet free of Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol and Tobacco (S.C.A.T.) will not only flush the system, but it will also bring about the “kundalini” rising and ensure you have a great balanced mind/body. The diet must be maintained for at least 2 months. The longer you maintain the diet along with exercise, you’ll find that your energy level will increase and excess pounds will fall away leaving your brain clear from toxins. MSM:
Very powerful for general detoxification. It is also good for your hair, skin, nails and building bones. Start with a comfortable dose and work your way up to around 7,000-10,000mg per day. Generally, MSM starts to work effectively at higher doses, however it is still beneficial to take it at lower doses.
Raw Chocolate:
Raw cacao is a great pineal gland detoxifier in high doses because of the high antioxidant content. It is also good as a pineal gland stimulant too, which can help to activate your third eye. See How to activate your pineal gland section for more information on pineal gland activators.
Citric Acid:
Raw lemon, juiced and consumed is very good at detoxifying your pineal gland. Citric acid also works, but raw lemon juice is recommended. It’s recommended that you take 3 tablespoons of citric acid or 7 organic lemons every day on an empty stomach for three weeks. You can also do this by mixing it with spring water as citric acid isn’t so good for your teeth.
Garlic:
Garlic is amazing for decalcification because it is able to dissolve calcium and acts as an antibiotic. Added benefits are it gives your immune system a kick start. Consume around half a bulb to two bulbs daily (or more if you like). To ensure your breath doesn’t scare anyone off, you can crush the garlic and soak in raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice to deodorise it. Make sure you put the used lemon juice or vinegar on a salad or re-use it for other foods later. Don’t let anything go to waste.
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar:
Very good for detoxification of your pineal gland, as it contains malic acid. It’s great to put on your food and tastes great. A recommended brand is Braggs apple cider vinegar, and make sure it’s raw. Generally speaking, vinegars should be sold in glass bottles, so if it’s not in one, don’t buy it as you’ll be consuming plastic too!
Oregano oil and Neem extract:
Acts as a natural antibiotic against the calcium shells that nanobacteria create around themselves in the pineal gland.
Activator X (Vitamin K1/K2):
Discovered by Weston Price, it is a super potent detoxifier, especially when mixed with Vitamin A and D3, and has many properties. It can reverse the process of arteriosclerosis, allowing the enzymatic balance to be restored. This then allows for the calcium to be removed from the arteries and other locations (i.e. pineal gland) and placed where it belongs, in the bone. It is also a potent catalyst for vitamin and mineral absorption.
The vitamin occurs naturally in two forms:
K1 (phylloquinone) is found in green leafy vegetables
K2 (comprised of menaquinones) is created by intestinal microflora and also obtained from food sources such as organ meats, liver (goose/chicken are best), egg yolks, fermented dairy products like cheese or butter (from cows eating rapidly growing green grass), Japanese fermented soybean dish Natto (the richest K2 food source), sauerkraut, marine oils, fish eggs and shellfish.
Boron:
Boron is another detoxifier and pineal gland cleanser. It also works well as a fluoride remover. It is present in beets and best consumed by eating organic beets or trying beet powder mixed with spring water or other liquids/foods. You could try adding 1/4 tsp of sodium borate (Borax) to your green teas. An inexpensive source of boron can be purchased in most supermarkets as common borax. Borax should be taken in very small quantities in pure water, with as little as 1/32 to 1/4 of a teaspoon of borax to one liter of water. This mixture should be consumed in small quantities throughout the day has been found to be safe and effective. About 1/8 of a teaspoon with a pinch of sea salt has been found to be effective too. Another alternative to common borax is food grade sodium borate.
Melatonin:
It has not been proven conclusively, but many believe that melatonin helps remove fluoride by increasing decalcification of the pineal gland which helps breakup the existing calcification. In addition to melatonin supplementation, plenty of daytime physical activity and/or exercise, a healthy diet, not overeating and meditation/relaxation exercises all contribute to higher melatonin production from the pineal gland.
Iodine:
Iodine has been clinically proven to increase the removal of sodium fluoride from the body via the urine as calcium fluoride. Most diets are deficient in this vital mineral and it is recommended that people take seaweed foods and iodine supplements that combine iodine and potassium iodide. However, eliminating fluoride with iodine also depletes your supply of calcium. It is therefore recommended that you also take an effective calcium/magnesium supplement. To compliment the intake of iodine, it is recommended that lecithin is consumed too.
Tamarind:
The pulp, bark, and leaves from the tamarind tree can be used to make teas, extracts and tinctures that will help eliminate fluorides through the urine. Tamarind is widely used in Ayurvedic Medicine and has many positive health properties.
Distilled Water:
