16 of the most dangerous food additives

(NaturalNews) The FDA keeps a list of over 700 food additives that are generally recognized as safe, or GRAS. These additives serve quite a variety of purposes, including preserving food, adding sweetness, color, texture or flavor, controlling pH, anticaking, stabling, leveling and firming, and the list goes on. The FDA does not, however, advertise the fact that many of these additive have never been tested. To make matters worse, the agency allows the use of substances that are known to be harmful. How is this possible?

According to the FDA, the additives that have been proven to be toxic are only used at a "level of 1/100th of the amount that is considered harmful." Does that make you feel any better? It shouldn't, considering that they've approved the use of several food additives - that at the time were GRAS - that were later banned, because they were found to be extremely toxic. As an example, cyclamate was a popular artificial sweetener used in the 50s and 60s that was later banned after it was linked to cancer.

Even assuming that these chemicals are safe at the "1/100" level that the FDA allows, there is one very important aspect not accounted for. People are not exposed to a single chemical at a time; we are exposed to many.

According to the Body Burden website, "Scientists estimate that everyone alive today carries within his or her body at least 700 contaminants, most of which have not been well studied." In addition, they note that "no one is ever exposed to a single chemical, but to a chemical soup, the ingredients of which may interact to cause unpredictable health effects."

1. Artificial sweeteners - Popular varieties include aspartame and saccharin; aspartame is a neurotoxin linked to lower IQ, brain tumors, MS, fatigue and fibromyalgia; saccharin is linked to weight gain and bladder tumors in rats.

2. Potassium bromate - Increases volume in baked goods; known to cause cancer in animals; small amount may be dangerous to humans; banned in Europe, Canada and China.

3. Olestra - Fat substitute; causes diarrhea and interferes with the body's ability to absorb vital nutrients; banned in the UK and Canada.

4. Brominated vegetable oil - Helps retains flavor in soda; accumulates in the body and causes memory and nerve problems; banned in 100 countries

5. Caramel coloring - Coloring agent; sometimes made with ammonia; classified as "known to cause cancer" in California.

6. Monosodium glutamate (MSG) - Flavor enhancer; linked to headaches, nausea and obesity.

7. High fructose corn syrup - Sweetener; number one source of calories in the US; raises LDL and contributes to diabetes.

8. Parabens - Used to prevent yeast and mold; may disrupt hormonal balance; linked to lower sperm count and testosterone production in rats; found in breast cancer tissue.

9. Sulfer dioxide - Preservative; destroys vitamins B1 and E; linked to bronchial problems.

10. Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydrozyttoluene (BHT) - Preservatives; form cancer-causing compounds once inside the body; banned in parts of Europe and Japan.

11. Sodium nitrate/sodium nitrite - Preservatives; highly carcinogenic once inside the body; particularly toxic to the liver and pancreas.

12. Sodium sulfite - Preservative; linked to asthma, headaches, breathing problems and rashes.

13. Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil - Multipurpose preservative and solidifying agent; lowers good cholesterol, increases bad cholesterol and the risk for heart attack, stroke and diabetes.

14. Azodicarbonamide - Flour bleaching agent; linked to asthma; banned in Australia, the U.K. and Europe.

15. Food dyes - Varieties include Blue #1 and #2, Red #3 and #40 and Yellow #6; linked to behavioral problems and lower IQ in children and cancer in animal studies

16. Indirect food additives - Substances not directly added to food that still end up in the final product; plastics and other packaging that come into contact with food; substances in animal feed including pesticides, antibiotics and heavy metals (including arsenic) and synthetic hormones injected into animals.

US government mining social media to track 'health behavior' of Americans. WHAT!!!!!!!

(NaturalNews) Just about every agency of the federal government, not to mention its spy apparatus, is prying apart the Fourth Amendment to get as much information as possible on every man, woman and child, no doubt for some spurious use at some point down the road.

The latest episode to this sad, unconstitutional story comes from the National Library of Medicine, which is busy data mining Facebook and Twitter in a bid to bolster its social media footprint and "assess how Tweets can be used as 'change-agents' for health behaviors," The Washington Free Beacon reports.

The agency, which belongs to the Department of Health and Human Services - the same department that brought America the disastrous roll-out ofHealthcare.gov, the government's pathetic online Obamacare exchange - is set to install software on government computers that can store data from social media as part of a taxpayer-funded project.

"The National Library of Medicine is the world's largest biomedical library and makes its stored information available online at no charge to consumers, health professionals, and biomedical scientists through a diverse suite of resources," the agency said in a contract posted on Oct. 23.

"Evaluating how its databases and other resources are utilized is an important component of continuing quality improvement and has long been an on-going program of NLM management through a potpourri of monitoring tools," the agency said, according to the Free Beacon.

"The world-wide explosion in the use of social media provides a unique opportunity for sampling sentiment and use patterns of NLM's 'customers' and for comparing NLM to other sources of health-related information," the agency continued.

"By examining relevant tweets and other comments," the contract said, "NLM will gain insights to extent of use, context for which information was sought, and effects of various health-related announcements and events on usage patterns."

In specific, NLM analysts plan to examine the "value of tweets and other messages as teaching tools and change-agents for health-relevant behavior."

"The overarching objective of these studies is to obtain a richer understanding of how consumers, clinicians, researchers actually look for the health-related information they seek, and what they do with what they find," the agency said in a response to frequently asked questions about the project.

OhMyGov Inc. is a media firm specializing in promotion of government agencies. NLM plans to pay the firm $30,660 to monitor social media for the agency for an entire year.

To do that, the company plans to install software on computers at NLM head offices in Bethesda, Md., so its analysts can "maintain a comprehensive 'universe' of social media data."

Federal bureaucrats will then be trained on the operation of the software so they can access a searchable database for health-related content (no way this gets abused, huh?).

'We'll find out what we need to know - no matter what'

"Content from Twitter, Facebook, blogs, news sites, discussion boards, video and image sharing sites will be maintained by the Contractor and kept up-to-date in a timely manner and made available for query by Government," said the contract.

When a vendor asked NLF if it is interested in storing the data for "historical analysis," the agency responded, "Yes."

"Demographic characteristics" of Facebook and Twitter posts, the Free Beacon reported, will be noted "to the extent permitted by privacy regulations." The agency noted that it is interested in the location, number of followers and academic degrees held by users.

"The OhMyGov Media Monitoring and Policy Analysis system is the first and only business intelligence software completely politically focused," according to the company's website. "It provides real-time data mining, analysis, and visual analytics to uncover patterns in message uptake and critical insights into how issues are being characterized by Congress as well as the media, public, and key stakeholders."

Even if your privacy rights have to be violated in order to find out.

Science troubled about mercury in vaccines

We hear the same message, ‘our study shows no link’ or ‘there hasn’t been a study demonstrating a link’, but is that correct?

Big pharma is not interested in what science has to say

A paper published in a Brazilian journal reviewed studies published in the United States, the United Kingdom and Italy concluding that the risk of neurotoxicity due to low doses of thimerosal is plausible at least for susceptible infants. The paper also stated that it is important to understand the complex interplay of variables before researchers can state that thimerasol containing vaccines are not toxic to infants and young children who receive them. The author suggests that breastfeeding campaigns should be intensified in countries still using thimerasol in their vaccines to help tolerate the exposure to neurotoxic substances.

More science that’s hard to ignore

In a polish study – 91 children with autism and 75 control children participated. Researchers found that autistic children had a significantly greater prevalence of adverse reactions after vaccination and also significantly differed from the control children in regards to the concentrations of mercury in their hair.

In children with autism, the amount of mercury detected in their hair increased with age, while in control groups, the amount decreased with age. Researchers suggest that children with autism differ from neurotypical children in their metabolism of mercury.

A study published in the September of 2013 of Nature noted that topoisomerases (enzymes) are expressed throughout the developing and adult brain and are mutated in some individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Mercury, cadmium and acetaminophen can all impact topoisonmerases.

How does thimerasol (mercury) damage the human body?

A study published in the Journal of Toxicology, in May of 2013, looked at the impact of thimerosal on cell proliferation and mitochondrial function from B-lymphocytes taken from individuals with autism, their nonautistic twins, and their non-twin siblings. Researchers found a subpopulation demonstrated thimerosal hypersensitivity, while none of the control individuals displayed this response. The thimerosal concentration required to inhibit cell proliferation in sensitive individuals was only 40% of controls.

The researchers stated that cells which are hypersensitive to thimerosal also had higher levels of oxidative stress markers, protein carbonyls, and oxidant generation; suggesting certain individuals with a mild mitochondrial defect may be highly susceptible to mitochondrial specific toxins like the vaccine preservative thimerosal.

The thimerasol – autism link is real (and validated by science)

A paper published in Toxicological & Environmental Chemistry concluded that from a cellular perspective, it appears that existing scientific literature supports the biological plausibility of a link between autism and mercury. Mercury disrupts sulphur chemistry leading to oxidative stress – which in turn impacts the nervous system. In addition, mercury can impact glial cells and mitochondria which is consistent with the findings in people with autism. The authors suggest further studies to determine why certain individuals are more sensitive to mercury than others.

Another paper published in the Journal of Neurochemical Research stated that thimerasol in vaccines has been associated with neurotoxic effects in animals, demonstrating that mercury accumulates in the brain and that the amount in vaccines are sufficient to impact brain neurodevelopment. The author states that the continued use of thimerosal in vaccines is counter intuitive and that there have not been any studies carried out on the combination of thimerosal with aluminum adjuvants containing vaccines.

Despite what physicians on television say, this is not an open and shut case and there are many studies – including many not listed here – discussing links between vaccines and autism. Some focus on thimerosal; some focus on aluminum and some on mitochondria. The fact is we cannot say with certainty that vaccines are not linked with autism – researchers are finding links and are trying to determine what makes some people more susceptible.

(NaturalNews) As if the millions of Americans set to losetheir existing health insurance coverage as a result of Obamacare was not bad enough, a recent survey by Watchdog.org has found that many top hospitals across the nation will no longer be accessible to the average person with a new "eligible" plan. In fact, many major hospitals are being excluded from Obamacare coverage altogether, which means that millions of previously covered individuals will have to settle for subpar care at other "in-network" facilities.

Based on the results of the survey, most of the nation's top hospitals, including renowned facilities like Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, will only be accepting insurance from one or two companies included as part of Obamacare. This means that all the other insurance plans offered on the Obamacare exchanges will be ineligible, and many patients will be required to go to other facilities, even if their previous insurance plans were accepted by these same hospitals.

"Americans who sign up for Obamacare will be getting a big surprise if they expect to access premium health care that may have been previously covered under their personal policies," explains U.S. News & World Report about the report's findings. "Most of the top hospitals will accept insurance from just one or two companies operating under Obamacare."

Included in the survey were 18 revered medical centers across the country, as ranked by U.S. News for 2013-2014. Investigators contacted each of these hospitals to inquire about their contracts with insurance companies, how plans would be handled under Obamacare and who would be covered. They found that almost every hospital would not be accepting the vast majority of insurance plans offered under Obamacare, because the carriers are considered "out of network."

"This doesn't surprise me," Gail Wilensky, a Medicare advisor for the second Bush administration and senior fellow for Project HOPE, is quoted as saying to U.S. News. "There has been an incredible amount of focus on the premium cost and subsidy, and precious little focus on what you get for your money."

Obamacare exchanges fail to explain which hospitals are included as 'in-network'

Much of the reason for this oversight is due to the fact that public information about which Obamacare insurance carriers will be considered eligible at various hospitals has been scarce. Some hospitals, it turns out, still do not even know themselves which plans will be accepted, let alone members of the general public having access to this information. In other words, there is major turmoil on the horizon for patients who try to use their ineligible insurance coverage at these hospitals.

"In many cases, consumers are shopping blind when it comes to what doctors and hospitals are included in their Obamacare exchange plans," says Josh Archambault, a senior fellow at the Foundation for Government Accountability, a think-tank group. "These patients will be in for a rude awakening once they need care, and get stuck with a big bill for going out-of-network without realizing it."

However, politicians, government workers, union members and other "insiders" excluded from Obamacare will presumably still have access to these hospitals, which means that they will receive the highest quality care while everyone else suffers on the lower tier. This, of course, was most likely the plan all along with Obamacare -- the elite will continue to have access to high-quality healthcare, while everyone else is forced to accept poor-quality, rationed "care."

"It is the insurance companies [that] are excluding [people] from Obamacare plans just to avoid big cost increases and sticker shock on the exchanges," writes one U.S. News commenter, highlighting how Obamacare is actually eliminating, not improving, public access to high-quality health insurance. "Providers are not opting out; insurance companies are cutting hospitals out, to cut costs."

Ladies and gentlemen, if you have a golf-ball size consciousness when reading a book, then you will have a golf-ball size understanding. This is why it is crucial for you to broaden your minds. I am sure those of you who are reading this, have a broad mind and expanded consciousness. And by viewing the videos below, you will open yourselves to the reality and occult power of sound/music.

There is an ocean of pure vibrant consciousness inside each one of us. It is right at the source and base of mind. It is right at the source of thought. And it is also at the source of all matter.

For those of you who do not know, Matter, is actually a poorly defined term in science. The term, Matter, is used in reference to a substance (often a particle) which has “rest mass”. Matter is also used loosely as a general term for the substance that makes up all observable physical objects.

Why is matter so vaguely defined? Because there is no matter, as such.

All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume that behind this force is the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.

The solidity of this world seems totally indisputable – as a fixed thing which you can see and touch. Your body seems also reassuringly solid. But, beginning with Albert Einstein, modern physics has assured us that this solidity is a mirage.

All physical matter, everything we have around us is actually the result of a frequency. And what this means is that if you amplify the frequency, the structure of the matter will change.

Oscillating a wine glass by playing sound at its resonance frequency, will cause it to move, change and liquify its structure and eventually even break it.

Sound is behind the manifestation of form and matter. Welcome to the study of visible sound and vibration, called Cymatics – allowing us to see into the otherwise hidden geometry in sound and the frequencies which form matter. Cymatic frequencies have an effect on texture, structure, water and more. Us humans are made of over 70% water!

The ancients knew much more than given credit for regarding life, the universe, astronomy, advanced mathematics, magic, magnetism, healing, unseen forces, etc. Encoded knowledge is and has been conveyed in plain sight, but as signs and symbols – which only the initiates would ever understand. The intangible aspects of our existence, such as emotions, are part of the true reality of higher consciousness. If emotions are part of a dimension that we cannot experience as part of our five senses (touch, taste, sight, hearing and smell), then how is it that we are all aware of our own emotions?

What most people believe to be emotions, are not truly the emotion itself. What we are experiencing is the physical manifestation of these emotions. Anger causes a disturbance in the psyche which manifests itself in the ego. These manifestations cause the heart rate to increase, body temperature to rise, and other physical traits which signify anger.

Just as music from the radio is the physical manifestation of an intangible signal, our experience of emotion is the physical manifestation of an intangible signal too. It has been shown that our emotions possess a vibratory frequency. Further to this, it has been shown that there are only two emotions which humankind experiences:

LOVE & FEAR

All other emotions branch off either directly or indirectly from these two emotions. Fear possesses a long and slow frequency vibration, whilst Love possesses a very rapid and high frequency. Again, Cymatics can reveal the vibrations forming the foundations of existence.

When the vibrations of sound are passed through a form of media, there is a set pattern that will follow. When the frequency increases, the media develops into a more complex pattern. This is precisely what is happening to earth and to humanity.

There are 64 possible codes of amino acids in human DNA structure, which are made from the four elements:

• Oxygen
• Hydrogen
• Nitrogen

By any means of logic, we should have all 64 codes activated within our DNA structure. Yet, we only presently possess 20 active codes.

It is your birthright to grow spiritually. You will mature spiritually even if you try not to, since all experience, whether labeled ‘good’ or ‘bad’ facilitates our return to spirit. Eating toxic foods, devoid of life-force or nutrition, also depletes our physical bodies so that we have less energy to devote to spiritual practice. GMOs (genetically modified organisms) likely will be found to have little energetic value and surely are causing our physical symptoms to heighten and disease to run rampant. There is also ample evidence that environmental toxins, such as the aluminum particulate in chemtrails and the fluoride in our water, calcify the pineal gland, an important endocrine gland which allows access to higher states of awareness.

While I am not of the belief system that ‘evil’ can take over the world, since it is only a reflection of our darkest, cast-off selves, I do think that educating yourself about the seeming forces which would try to reduce your connection to God should be acknowledged and dealt with. Putting our heads in the sand in regard to these toxins has already caused an epidemic of ill health, and the physical body is the last place that disease manifests. We know from the yogic wisdom of Himalayan masters that there are sheaths called koshas in the body, and all energy affects the outer-most ‘shell’, or sheath, first, then trickles down from the physical level into other more-subtle layers.

Like trying to shine a flashlight in murky water, the light will always get through, but illumination through a clear pool is much easier. Toxins obscure the chakra system, our pranic power houses, which help to absorb photons of light energy and help to keep us vital and alive. Concentrate that light, like a laser, and it will be able to shine into even the darkest, haziest water. By clearing our bodies of toxins, we create a laser-like light that can enliven and enlighten our entire energetic matrix – the Self. This is why so many ancient yogic practices teach Saucha – or the cleansing of the entire self. The purity of the body and mind are listed in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, as well as numerous ancient yogic texts.

Yoga asana also helps to cleanse the body of toxins. Asanas, or physical postures, are so effective that the entire digestive system - the liver, kidneys, bladder, and bowels - are made new again, and thus are more likely to be able to adapt to the toxic onslaught that has become our bane in this modern world. The bitter pill to swallow is that we live in a world where corporate greed has allowed this to become the norm, but the soothing salve is knowing that there are tools (like Shank Prakshalana) to remove toxins for better physical and spiritual health.

In a story that will surely cause you to question what has happened to this country, a simple traffic stop led to a demeaning and nightmarish ordeal for a New Mexico man.

According to TheBlaze:

The incident began on Jan. 2 as David Eckert was leaving the local Walmart in Deming, N.M. He reportedly failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign, prompting police to pull him over.

The officers asked him to step out of the vehicle and claim the man appeared to be clenching his buttocks, Eckert’s attorney, Shannon Kennedy, told TheBlaze. It is unclear why police removed him from the vehicle in the first place. However, because the cops believed he was clenching his buttocks, they took it as reason to suspect him of hiding narcotics in his anal cavity.

Police officers then detained Eckert’s vehicle and sought a warrant to search his anal cavity. Remarkably, the police were able to obtain the warrant, but the doctor at the emergency room in the county refused to perform the anal cavity search because he believed it to be “unethical.” That prompted the police to take the now expired warrant to Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, N.M., which led to Eckert endure several X-Rays, finger exams, enemas, and colonoscopies. No narcotics were ever found.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Eckert has now filed a civil rights lawsuit, and, on radio this morning, his attorneys Joe and Shannon Kennedy, joined Glenn to talk about their client’s ordeal.

“In one of the most amazing stories I have ever heard,” Glenn said. “I’m not a guy who sues people. Accidents happen, whatever. I don’t sue people. I have to tell you, if this guy doesn’t sue the hospital involved in this – not even a hospital, it’s one of those urgent care places. If that isn’t put out of business, and if this guy doesn’t own the town where this happened, there is no justice. There is no way that this happens in America. There’s no excuse for this. I don’t care what your damn dog said. There is no excuse for this.”

The entire incident lasted about 12 hours. And to add insult to injury, Eckert was then billed by the urgent care facility for the procedures. One of Glenn’s first questions to the Kennedys was how all of this happened without him being able to contact his attorney.

“Where was his attorney,” Glenn asked. “Did he ask for an attorney?”

“Absolutely. But there’s, you know, Glenn, there’s no right to an attorney until you are charged with a crime. And he was not charged with a crime, ironically enough,” Joe said. “They found nothing in his car. They found nothing on him. And this man was never charged with a crime.”

“So if they don’t charge you, they can just do this,” Glenn asked exasperatedly. “That’s their case?”

“They can’t. They can’t. To some extent, the reassuring thing – it’s clear – the Supreme Court has handled this before, a long time ago. And it’s clear they can’t do this. The problem is, we have a collection of law enforcement and doctors who don’t know this. And a District attorney was involved in this!”

The Deming Police Chief has come out and defending the actions of his department, saying everything was done “by the book” – though it’s a book Eckert’s attorneys are unfamiliar with.

“So how come is the police chief now saying, ‘Look, we did everything by the book,’” Glenn asked. “What book? Mengele’s book? What book?”

“It’s a book I’m not familiar with,” Joe conceded. “Not published in this country.”

Glenn still could not understand how something like this could possibly happen in a free society.

“How come they are not owning up to it – firing everybody? I have to tell you, if they would ever do something like this to me, I would go crazy. And I would sue the pants off them – no pun intended,” Glenn said. “But I would leave them with nothing. And I would want justice. However, if they immediately came and said, ‘Oh my gosh, this was completely out of control. Here’s what we’re going to do,’ I might be a little more lenient. But for anybody who is saying, ‘Look, we went by the book,’ it would only enrage me more. And I would say, ‘I want their children’s, children’s, children to pay’… I would ask you to advise your client, please, for the rest of us, please, do not settle the case. Please do not settle the case. Go for the throat. You have got to send a message.”

“We’re happy to see the positive support that people have commented on this story and the positive support of people. He’s very happy about that and feels very encouraged. He’s a little bit of a prisoner in his own house now because obviously, who would go out on the streets after having this done to you,” Joe said. “That’s the good thing about the media, Glenn. That’s why we’re so happy to be talking about this. You shine the light on this, they are not going to harass him or do anything to him at this point.”

“I tell you, if I were the governor, mayor, chief of police, whatever it is of the state, I would make it very clear: You’re not covering anything up. We’re going to be very clear, we’re going to open books on everything. We’re not going to hide anything because this has to be fumigated. I don’t care if the guy had been in prison before. It doesn’t mean that you can do this to a citizen,” Glenn said. “Guys, thank you very much. Joe and Shannon, let us know how we can help. Please stay in touch with us… You win this one. You win this one in a spectacular way, please. Thank you very much.”

What if these were not Men?  This is one place you will never catch me or anyone I know!

Looking suspicious is a crime?  Oh crap do I look Suspicious?  How do you know if you look Suspicious?  If you look suspicious you can't be around me.  (Please explore the Content for what it is, not my delivery)  Do we draw the line with illegal Enemas and Colonoscopy in New Mexico.  Everything was done by the books according to the Police chief.  What book is talking about?  It's not in any books I've seen.  Nor do I want  to see them in any books for United States Citizens or any person's we are not at war with.  If I'm wrong I would like to see it.  I would like to see a copy of the this REGULATION or PROCEDURE.   I know this is not as entertaining as a video of parents Stealing Their KID'S HALLOWEEN CANDY.  

I didn't see this actually happen so I must assume that this is a Hypothetical situation that may or may not have happened.  There presumably is no video of any of these procedures.  I apologize for any Hypothetical victims of these Hypothetical police officers and this Hypothetical medical facilities who sent a victim a bill for this Hypothetical situation.  I apologize for having to say this.  But here is my video response.
