Boost Back To School Success with These Breakfast Tips

    A daily breakfast leads to not only better overall health and nutrition, but better school performance as well. A simple breakfast at home or on the go can ensure that your child doesn’t start the day hungry. It also ensures that your child has the nutrients and energy he or she needs during the morning to concentrate on learning.
    Research shows that kids who eat a morning meal have better memory, attention and behavior, and score higher on tests.
    Eating a nutritious breakfast is a great way for children to be on target to meet their daily needs for key nutrients and micronutrients, like calcium – the bone-building mineral found in different Nut milks, Organic cheeses or Coconut yogurts. Children who don’t eat breakfast also are less likely to get all of the 43 essential nutrients they need each day to grow,heal, and live.
    Dairy and breakfast don't always go hand in hand. Although dairy delivers a unique package of nine essential nutrients in a variety of tasty it is not the only affordable options.  Dairy intolerances are common but their are alternatives means proteins that helps supports healthy muscles while keeping young tummies feeling full until the next meal. Many food companies are specializing in food with nutrients.
    With so many types of pre packaged processed foods to choose from it’s not always easy for your kids to find their favorite breakfast snack or meal.  They can start the day with a healthy dose nutrients. 
    Try these ideas to boost school success:
    • Build a coconut milk yogurt parfait or whip up a yogurt Non-GMO en43 smoothie, such as Tropical or Vegan Hot rice cereal.
    • Make some nutritionally packed oatmeal cookies for your children to munch on the way. This will put a smile your kids’ faces.
    • Build a breakfast burrito bar that includes an nutrient fortified Cheese sauce so kids can create the breakfast they love and you know they are getting nutrition. Prepare toppings the night before and in the morning, scramble the eggs and warm the tortillas.
    This school year make it a goal to give your kids all the essential nutrients every morning before school, their grades and their moods will be measurably better, call on nut and breakfast to set your kids up for success in the classroom.
