It's that time of year again when the holiday parties seem to happen once or twice a week. Everyone loves the parties and the food. It is a wonderful time of year. But no one likes the effects the parties have on our bodies. The month of December takes its toll on our bodies as the new year approaches.

This year instead of a "New Years Resolution" eliminating things or doing things that you don't like or want to do why not try adding proper nutrition to your resolution instead of limiting or restricting something. Yes that sounds counterintuitive, but all things are not equal with calories. Try adding something to the mix that has sound fundamental beginings. Look for those things that do not require a lifestyle changes. Minor incremental changes can yield monumental differences over a relative short time.

It has been said that 40% of women this year have eliminated an entire food group from the there diets and 90% of Physicians are concerned about their female patients dieting ideas.

43 Essential Nutrients = Necessity

This year take a good look at your options and look at what is sustainable. However well thought out or put together a plan is, if it is not easily sustainable it is doomed from the start. True long-term success starts with a sustainable plan. If you want to change something and you believe it is possible, you are likely to change it. If you want to continue that success, the plan has to be sustainable and fit into your lifestyle. Sure you can change your lifestyle, but most of those changes are temporary.  Choose wisely your success depends on it.

Happy New Year and Happy Holidays
